Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Goliath Guitar Tutorials, create an account, watch lessons, access tabs or courses, connect Patreon, buy a membership, or use any site feature.

The site is run by Gareth Evans. It provides guitar lesson pages, videos, tabs, courses, account features and membership access for personal learning.

Using the site

You may use Goliath Guitar Tutorials for your own personal guitar learning. You must not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, re-upload, share paid access, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use the materials to create a competing product without permission.

You must use the site lawfully and must not attempt to damage, overload, reverse engineer or misuse the website, payment flow, video access or account systems.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for providing accurate account information. If you believe someone else has access to your account, you should change your sign-in details and contact support.

Free accounts allow access to free videos and account features. Email verification may be requested for security, but free browsing is not blocked solely because your email is unverified unless the site changes this for a specific risk reason.

Lesson and membership access

Free videos are available to signed-in free members. Premium videos, tabs, courses and paid library content require an active Goliath membership, a recognised Patreon connection, or another approved access route.

Access is tied to your account. You must not share your account, download links, tokens, tabs or paid materials with other people.

Elite Membership is shown as coming soon until it is officially opened. If a tier or feature is marked as coming soon, unavailable or under construction, it is not part of the live paid offer yet.

Payments and cancellation

Paid Goliath memberships are processed by Stripe. Prices, billing intervals and renewal terms are shown at checkout or on the membership page. If you cancel a membership, access normally continues until the end of the current paid period and then returns to Free unless otherwise stated.

Patreon billing is handled by Patreon. Goliath Guitar Tutorials only checks the Patreon status needed to grant site access.

Content ownership

Goliath lesson videos, arrangements, tabs, written explanations, page copy, graphics, site design and related materials are owned by or licensed to Goliath Guitar Tutorials unless stated otherwise.

Original songs, recordings, compositions, lyrics and trademarks remain owned by their respective rights holders. Goliath Guitar Tutorials provides educational guitar arrangements and lesson materials.

Changes to the site

Lessons, features, prices, content availability and access rules may change over time. We will aim to keep customer-facing pages accurate when material changes are made.

Limitation of use

The site is provided for learning and entertainment. We try to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every lesson will suit every learner.
