Billing Terms

These billing terms apply to paid Goliath Guitar Tutorials memberships and any future paid digital products sold directly through the site.

Free accounts

Creating a free account does not require card details. Free accounts can browse the catalogue and watch free videos where available.

Premium Membership

Premium Membership is the live paid Goliath subscription. It unlocks Premium videos, tabs, courses and other paid library content included in the Premium offer.

Prices and billing intervals are shown on the membership page and confirmed at Stripe Checkout before payment. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.

Elite Membership

Elite Membership may appear on the site as a future tier. It is not available for checkout until it is clearly opened. If it is marked “Coming soon”, it is not part of the live paid offer.

Payment processor

Direct Goliath membership payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stripe handles card details, payment authentication, invoices and billing portal features. Goliath stores the Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and status needed to manage access.

Renewals and cancellation

Paid memberships renew according to the billing interval selected at checkout. You can manage or cancel a Stripe membership through the billing portal where available.

If you cancel, your Premium access normally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, your account returns to Free unless you restart billing or have another valid access route.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment or mark the subscription as unpaid, past due or cancelled. Access may be reduced or removed if the subscription is no longer active.

Patreon-linked access

If you link Patreon, Patreon handles your Patreon billing. Goliath Guitar Tutorials checks your Patreon membership status and maps it to site access where available. Cancelling or changing Patreon support may change your site access after the next status check.

Future single purchases

If single lesson, tab or course purchases are added later, the checkout page will state what is included, how access is delivered and whether the purchase is tied to your account.

If you think a payment, subscription or account access state is wrong, contact support with the account email used on the site and the payment date. Do not send full card details.
