Refund Policy
Goliath Guitar Tutorials sells digital membership access. This policy explains the intended refund approach for direct Goliath payments. Patreon payments remain handled by Patreon.
Digital access
Memberships, lessons, tabs, courses and video access are digital products. Once access has been granted, viewed, downloaded or used, refunds may be limited because the digital content has already been made available.
Membership cancellation
You can cancel a direct Goliath subscription through the billing portal where available. Cancelling stops future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.
Cancellation is not automatically a refund for the current period unless there has been a billing error or another issue that justifies it.
When refunds may be considered
Refunds may be considered where a payment was duplicated, charged in error, linked to the wrong account, affected by a technical access problem that we cannot resolve, or required by applicable consumer law.
When refunds may be refused
Refunds may be refused where access has been used, the customer simply changed their mind after using the digital content, account sharing or misuse is suspected, or the request falls outside any applicable legal rights.
Patreon payments
Patreon support and billing are handled by Patreon. If you support Goliath through Patreon, refund requests for Patreon charges should normally be handled through Patreon’s own process.
How to request help
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support with the account email, payment date, amount and a short explanation. Do not send full card details.
